how to add secondary email in gmail and how to change secret question in hotmail

To add alternate email address in gmail:
Step 1: When you logon to your account, top right shows "Settings", click on that and this will open Settings of your account in the same window.Step 2. Go to Accounts, below you will find "Google Account settings", click on that and this will open a new window.Step 3. In the new window, you will find "Change Security Question", click on that. Here you can fill in your secret question, answer and secondary email.
To change secret question in hotmail:
Step 1: when you open logon to your account, go to options on the top right.Step 2: when you click "options" you will notice a link titled "secret question". Follow it.
